The Stifling of Russian Culture
Vladimir Putin is well-known for extending his power to virtually every aspect of Russian government, politics and business since he took over for Boris Yeltsin in 2000, but it seems that now he is in the business of culural censorship. I guess this is one of the postives regarding the lack of federal goverment funding for the arts in America!
